They contain a high level of vitamins C and vitamins A (antioxidants), numerous carotenoids and are low in fat and calories. Add the iron of the meat stuff... and you have a quick & easy dish to boost your metabolism!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Red Capsicum
- 1 Green Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 4 spoons of olive oil
- salt & pepper, paprika
- 300g of Bocconcini

For those who like spicy food... add a little bit of tabasco.
1- Thinly slice onion with the CASA Peeler. Don't forget using the folk :-)
2- Pour the olive oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, insert the onion slices to fry
3- In the meantime use your peeler to peel the skin off the capsicums (it gives a sweeter taste). Empty capsicums making sure to remove all the interstices and cut them in slices. .
4- As soon as your onions are golden, add the capsicums to your pan as well as salt and pepper. Cover and let the mix simmer for approximately 30 min. Check and turn regularly.
5- Uncover the mix and leave it on the stove at lower temperature for another 10 min.
6- Allow your mix to cool down for 30 min.
7- Use a knife to chop your mix. Not too big, not too thin. And pour in 4 glasses.
8- Cut the bocconcini in halves and carefully place on top of your preparation in the glasses.
9- Sprinkle with paprika.
