
These Veggie Rolls or Sushis will sure impress your guests!
Looking nice on the side of a plate or even better for your finger food receptions, apetizers or starters... these are a healthier alternative to all the fried finger food we are usually served!
You just need a few ingredients, lots of imagination and a little bit of time... :-)
Get creative and use our accessories to save time.
INGREDIENTS:
- Carrots
- Cucumbers
- Persil leaves
- Tuna or rice
- Mayonnaise or yogurt
- salt & pepper
1- Grab your cucumber and pich a falk on one end. Use the CASA Peeler back and forth in the length of the cucumber to make thin long slices and save for later.
2- Cut carrots & cucumbers withe the CASA Veggie Slicer or the CASA Cubic Cutter to make sticks. (Alternatively you can use the casa peeler side round knife).
3- In a bowl mix tuna or rice with a tiny bit of mayonnaise or natural yogurt- Add salt, pepper and mix.
4- Now lay down your cucumber slices on the table. In the middle place a little of your preparation and tightly roll. Tip: You can use a tooth pick to close your roll.
5- Slide in a few sticks of vegetable and persil leaves to garnish.
