Casa Tips is based on the Central Coast, NSW - Australia. We endeavour to process orders within 2 business days from receipt of order. We will send you a notification email once the order has been processed and is ready to be dispatched. For domestic post, the email will normally include a tracking number for you to track your parcel. If there are any stock availability issues we will advise you promptly by email or phone.

INTERNATIONAL: International orders are sent via Australia Post’s International Airmail delivery service. Although we endeavour to process orders within 24 hours of receipt, please keep in mind that we are in Australia- Depending of your country, we may have to adjust shipping cost and contact you in case we need to charge extra for your delivery .
* It is recommended that you allow 1 – 4 weeks for international delivery. Unfortunately, tracking is very expensive and is therefore not normally available for international air mail. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
Important Customs Information:
If you are ordering from outside of Australia, customs fees or import duties may apply to your order. Prices quoted by Casa Tips DO NOT include local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged to you upon entry to your country.
