If the item is not what you expected, or you have changed your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Please send details via our "Contact Us" Form and we will advise the address to which the item/s should be returned.
Please note the following:
- Enclose the original invoice and an explanation of why the item is being returned.
- In this situation we are unable to refund any postal costs incurred by you.
- Ensure that the item(s) are unused, unopened and in their original condition.
-That they are adequately packaged when returning them - we cannot accept any item(s) that have been damaged in transit and have become unsealable.
- Retain proof of postage, because should the package become lost in transit Casa Tips may assume that you have decided not to return the item(s).
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Casa Tips takes great care in ensuring that items are not defective before despatch. However, if any item(s) are found to be faulty or damaged on arrival at their destination we will organise a refund or replacement item(s). Notification of the defective item/s must be received at Casa Tips within 48 hours of receipt. Please send details via our "Contact Us" form and we will advise the address to which the item(s) should be returned.
Once you have received return advice, defective items must be returned to Casa Tips within 14 days. On receipt of the item a replacement will be despatched to you (subject to availability) at our cost. If you prefer a refund we will reimburse the cost of the original item, including delivery fee, by way of the original method of payment.
